Twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays it’s market day in this country village on the West Bank near Luxor. If you buy fruit, vegetables, a live duck or a live chicken  it is all organic.

Do you wonder why they sell live ducks, chickens and geese? Without a refrigerator, not common in most houses in the countryside, they have no expiration date!
